Always difficult to choose wines because white truffle is so aromatic, but as usual, Chuck will impress us all!

Quarterly Special event of Hawaii's respected master sommelier Chuck Furuya's wine pairing event at Margotto Hawaii. Each 11 courses Chef Shiori's tasting menu will be paired with carefully selected wine by Chuck, he will talk talk talk about those wines. Lots of jokes as usual,

Monthly event of Hawaii's respected master sommelier Chuck Furuya picks up new champagne and white, while Margotto Hawaii owner Robert picks up old vintage french wines from his collection and enjoy with specially prepared pupu at champagne counter, max 8 guests, 5-8 bottles. Hurry up for reservation! $500 per guests.
